is a food service start-up located in Durham, NH. The company was founded by UNH CEPS students Sabby Clemmons and Sierra Parsons in the Fall of 2024. TNT stands for Tacos and Tea, a play on words to describe their menu which includes their Inflation-Proof Tacos and SpecialTea. TNT Inflation-Proof Tacos are gluten free, SoCal inspired, quesabirria tacos optionally topped with sliced purple cabbage, diced white onion, and sprinklings of fresh cilantro and cotija cheese. Tacos are served in real time off of a propane powered blacktop grill at a set rate that beats inflation: 2 tacos for only $5. TNT SpecialTea is often a featured item, so price and product change based on the event. All TNT products are carefully prepared according to secret recipes curated by TNT Head Chef and LA native Sabby Clemmons.
